Moroccan Ghassoul, Olive Oil & Argan Oil for your hair ritual

Fresh roots. Softer lengths. A beautifully smooth finish.

Three Moroccan essentials, each with its own place in your routine. Ghassoul helps lift away excess surface oil and buildup. Olive Oil brings rich pre-wash conditioning to dry-feeling lengths. Argan Oil finishes with softness and shine.

Rooted in Moroccan beauty traditions, this trio brings together cleansing, conditioning and finishing in a ritual you can adapt to your hair.

Moroccan Hair Ritual · Three Full-Size Essentials · Cleanse, Condition & Smooth

What is it?

The Atlas Hair Ritual pairs a traditional Moroccan cleansing clay with two versatile oils, giving you different ways to care for your scalp, lengths and ends.

Use Olive Oil before washing, explore Ghassoul as an occasional rinse-off cleansing step, and finish with a little Argan Oil. You can also use each product separately—choose the steps your hair needs that day.

What’s inside?

Product Its place in your ritual
Pure Argan Oil · 30ml A light finishing touch to soften dry-feeling ends, smooth flyaways and add shine.
Atlas Olive Oil · 50ml Rich pre-shampoo care for dry-feeling lengths and ends.
Atlas Ghassoul Clay · 100g A traditional rinse-off clay that helps lift excess surface oil and everyday residue.

Why make it part of your ritual?

  • Give roots a fresh start: use Ghassoul for occasional cleansing where excess oil builds up.
  • Soften dry-feeling lengths: introduce Olive Oil before shampooing.
  • Smooth your finish: use a few drops of Argan Oil on lengths and ends.
  • Care for different needs: adjust your scalp care separately from your ends.
  • Make the ritual your own: use the products together across wash day or individually between washes.

Especially worth exploring if your roots become oily while your lengths need a little extra care.

How to use it

1. Begin with Olive Oil

Spread a small amount between your palms and apply to dry or slightly damp mid-lengths and ends. Start with a brief pre-wash treatment of around 15–30 minutes, then shampoo thoroughly. Condition as usual.

Fine hair needs less. There is no need to saturate your lengths.

2. Introduce Ghassoul on an occasional wash day

Mix a small portion with water into a smooth, easily spreadable paste. Apply to wet hair and scalp, massage gently and rinse thoroughly before the clay dries. Follow with conditioner if needed.

Try a small section first. Ghassoul does not lather like shampoo and may not suit very dry or easily tangled hair. If you have applied Olive Oil, shampoo it out thoroughly rather than relying on clay alone to remove it.

3. Finish with Argan Oil

Warm 1–3 drops between your palms and lightly smooth over damp or dry lengths, concentrating on the ends. Start with less for fine hair and add only if needed.

Ritual tricks that make a difference

  • Keep richer oil away from your roots if you want to preserve volume.
  • Rinse Ghassoul while it is still moist. Letting it crack dry does not improve the ritual.
  • Use a light hand with Argan. A thin film is often enough for a polished finish.
  • Introduce each product separately first so you can judge the amount and how your hair responds.
  • Keep your usual conditioner in the routine. Clay and pure oils serve different purposes.

Your questions, answered

  • Do I need to use all three every wash day? No. Olive Oil can be an occasional pre-wash step, Ghassoul an occasional cleansing ritual, and Argan Oil a finishing touch whenever your lengths need it.
  • Will the oils leave my hair greasy? Too much can. Wash Olive Oil out thoroughly and use Argan Oil sparingly, focusing on the ends.
  • Is it suitable for fine hair? Start with very small amounts, especially with Olive Oil. Test on one section before applying throughout your hair.
  • Can I mix everything into one mask? We recommend separate steps so you can control cleansing and conditioning. Prepare Ghassoul with water and mix only what you will use immediately.
  • Will it repair split ends or grow my hair? The oils can temporarily smooth the appearance of damaged ends. This bundle is for cosmetic hair care; it does not permanently repair split ends or treat hair loss.
  • What about coloured or chemically treated hair? Test a hidden section first and follow your colourist’s aftercare advice, particularly before introducing clay.
